The Masai Mara is a Game Reserve and widely known as the migrating land of animals. It is sometimes referred to as a National Reserve. The Masai Mara Game Reserve is simply referred to as the Mara. While at the Mara Reserve you have various options of places where you can board. If you would like to get away from the room environment, there are various camping sites you can go for. Some of the Masai Mara camps include the Mara Buffalo, Mara Intrepids, Mara Fig Tree, Mara Sarova and Mara River. The Masai Mara also offers you the option of lodges such as Keekorok, Mara Serena and Mara Sopa. The Masai Mara national park is home to the big five but has also herbivorous animals like Zebras and Gazelles.
With the beauty from animals, acacia trees and woodland, the Masai Mara reserve is a get away you would not like to miss.
Day 1
In the morning depart for Masai Mara - the vast land of migrating animals. Arrival will be in time for lunch. After lunch embark on a game drive. Dinner and overnight will be at a splendid property located within Masai Mara.
Day 2
Full day in Masai Mara with early morning and evening game drive. Today
while you explore one of the most famous and beautiful National Parks in the
world, you will have the opportunity to spot the Big Five and their associated predators: Buffalo, Rhino, Hippopotamus, Oribi,Warthogs, Thompson's Gazelles, Zebra, Hartebeest among many others. All of your meals and accommodation will be at your lodge / tented camp.
Day 3
After a leisurely breakfast, return back to Nairobi.
